The iChurch Program
|
The iChurch program has a number of features that make it stand out from any other church management system. These are:
Ease of Use
iChurch uses visual clues to assist your understanding. For example,
families are grouped together using tabs. Each tab
lists the name of the member and the gender is indicated by an icon. So, from one simple control, the family, it's structure and each
of the members is displayed.
Speed
The iChurch program is the most responsive internet-enabled church management system on the market.
This is because iChurch only transmits compressed and encrypted data between the server and you rather than the
data
and the user interface, as required by any browser-based church management system. Over the course of a
day, iChurch would typically require less than 1% of the internet bandwidth compared to a browser-based application.
Productivity
Users are more productive when using iChurch because it uses the familiar Windows interface and because
iChurch contains all of the productivity enhancements inherent in a Windows program. This includes shortcuts (Alt-N,
for example), context-sensitive help
and cycling from from one control to another using the tab
or the enter keys.
Users can also swap between modules instantly in iChurch, even if they are halfway through entering some data.
Browser-based
applications would require a time consuming reloading of the new screen and then
the consequential selection of the data they want to view.
Reports & Data Analysis
Don't put up with raw data or un-alterable reports sent as PDF's!
The
report designer in the iChurch Reports module allows each report to be tailored to suit your church's requirements.
You can print to your printer or straight to a PDF (without requiring a separate PDF driver to be installed on your computer).
Included in iChurch is a data grid that contains everything you need for data analysis such as filtering, grouping and calculation of
column totals & counts. You can export the data to an Excel or text file.
Daily Fresh Technology
iChurch is always up-to-date through the use of
Daily Fresh Technology.
Daily Fresh Technology checks for updates the first time iChurch is run each day. Any updates are automatically installed without any user interaction.
No I.T. personnel required!
You can even run iChurch directly from a
USB memory stick. That's right, no installation is required!
