Reports
Reports in iChurch are completely customisable. New reports can be selected from the report
library on the SmartDox web site and then modified to have your church's
look and feel.
|

|
Reports can be printed, saved as a PDF or saved to an spreadsheet for mail merging.
The Report Designer
The report designer has all of the features you would expect and need. The banded editor supports grouping, images, graphs,
2D & 3D barcode support.

Sample Reports
Click on any one of the reports below to see what is possible with the iChurch reporting system.
The iChurch Directory report lists the members in the church in a phone book
style report with two columns. Families made up of members with different last names are groups under the last name of the head
of the house. All e-mail addresses are hot-linked in the PDF.
The iChurch Overview report details the number of members in each level
of involvement by age group. A pivot grid is used for this purpose. As you add age groups and/or involvements, the grid will
automatically include these as well. It is a great tool for assessing the health of your church.

The Grids
You don't always need paper-based reports. Sometimes you need to export some data for a third party application or perhaps you need to do some
data analysis on the giving over the past year. iChurch has two different grids to handle these situations.
The Data Grid
The data grid allows filtering, sorting & grouping to be performed on the data. Group and overall record counts, minimums, maximums and totals can be added.
The data can then be exported to a Microsoft Excel® file, a csv file or a text file.
|
|
The Pivot Table
The pivot table is used to present data in a more compact and readable form than would be possible using the data grid. The user is totally free to select
how the data is grouped together and what data is included.
The pivot table has the same filtering and export functionality as the data
grid.
