Pricing

No two churches are the same. Some churches use lots of volunteers on a part-time basis whilst others have fewer full-time staff. For this reason, iChurch pricing is a hybrid of two different pricing models. One model is based on the number of users and the other model is based on the number of people in the iChurch database.

Which one best suits your church? Only time will tell. But don't worry, SmartDox will work out the cheapest option for you each month.

iChurch is avaiable with two feature levels:
  • iChurch Pro - This includes the iChurch application, the iChurch Check-in System and the miChurch Portal
  • iChurch Lite - This includes the iChurch application only. The monthly fee for iChurchLite is 75% of the iChurchPro fee.
Your first month's use of iChurch is FREE. SmartDox can import your existing data and you can see how it works with data you are familiar with - Your Church! If, at the end of the month you don't feel iChurch is for you, SmartDox will delete your database and the back-ups. This offer is only valid once per church per two years.

Some Details:
  • The iChurch suite is offered as a service paid before the start of each month based on the past month's usage.
  • There are no long term contracts to sign up to. You can continue to use iChurch for as long as you pay the monthly fee.
  • There are no limits placed on the number of users or people you can add to iChurch. A daily count of each is recorded and the average values are used to calculate the next month's usage fee.
  • iChurch can be installed on as many computers as you like.
  • iChurchPro Users Only: You can use as many iCCiS (check-in) terminals as you require.
  • iChurchPro Users Only: You can allow as many people as you like access the miChurch portal.
