iChurch is all about people: their relationships, their involvements and their growth.

The People Module brings all of these areas to a single screen to give you an intuitive overview along with all of the functions you need to manage them. These include powerful search functions, automatic address look-up and bulk update functions.


Churches are full of relationships. How often have you been asked to to send a letter to the parents of the kids in the kids church? What if you need to contact all of the relatives of someone who is sick?

iChurch enables you to do this with ease. Links between individual members are defined using terms we understand, like "mother of", "sister of" and "brother of". These links can exist between any two members in iChurch. This linking is both simple and powerful.


Work horizontally or vertically: iChurch allows you to work either way!

You can work with an individual in the People Module, adding them to teams, enrolling them in courses, etc.

Alternatively, you can work with the team or course in their respective module and manage groups of people.

Check-in Label

You need a secure check-in system. Not only does it provide a security framework for your children and peace of mind for your parents but it also provides an attendance resource that is critical in monitoring the health of your families.

The check-in system can provide a no paper attendance recording solution for any event as well as your weekly children's and youth programmes.

The check-in system can be used with touch screens, barcode readers and/or finger print scanners.

The family identification number is printed on the pick-up ticket so messaging systems can use this number to call parents to the children's area without embarrassment.

Small Groups

Small groups are a great way to create relationships and grow your people. These are managed using a small group tree that can handle thousands of small groups without noticeable slow down.

Your group leaders are empowered to manage their group via the miChurch portal. This includes the distribution of the small group study and the recording of small group attendance.

Where your treasure is there your heart will be also. A purpose built giving module makes the recording of your church's giving accurate and efficient.

  • filtering, sorting & grouping to be performed on the data
  • group and overall record counts, minimums, maximums and totals to be added
  • the data to be exported to a Microsoft Excel® file, a csv file or a text file

The iChurch pivot table is used to present financial data in a more compact and readable form than would be possible using the data grid. The user is totally free to select how the data is grouped together and what data is included.

The pivot table has the same filtering and export functionality as the data grid.

Rostering

This is my church. How can I get involved? Rostering in iChurch is as easy as cutting cookies with a cookie cutter. Define the shape of the event and then apply it to a certain date.
